R & R

Ryan came home in early November for his 15 day R&R and we enjoyed every cotton pickin' second of our time together! Caroline was only shy for a few minutes before she was loving all over her Daddy like he'd never even been gone. We all had a wonderful time getting reacquainted. Here are a few pics...

October in Review

OK, I know it looks as if my blog has been abandoned, but I assure you it hasn't! We have been busy busy in the Cryer house and I just haven't taken the time to update. To avoid 20 posts, I'll try to update as succinctly as possible. =)

Some Things We Did in October...
I know you can't tell from these pics, but we went to the zoo with our neighbors...

We were surprised to find a parade to celebrate Hispanic Heritage. It was our lucky day!

The Big Apple

Katie drove us into the city for a day of sightseeing and we had so much fun! She found a deal online for a parking garage right off of 5th avenue ($30 for the whole day) which put us right next to FAO Schwartz.






The floor piano from Big (you know, the one Tom Hanks played) is here and we got to watch a show. I tried to rotate the video, but couldn't figure out how. Please excuse the funky angle!

Tubby Time!

The girls had a great time in the tub...even though Caroline hogged it. She also loved Nat's princesses...especially chewing on them. =)

Pumpkins

We decided to pick up a few pumpkins for the girls to carve. Well, for us to carve and for them to enjoy. =)
Caroline wasn't a fan at first...

but perked up and had fun!
